AZG EVENT Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AZG Event for your event rental needs! We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we have a fair refund policy in place to address them.

Deposits:

  • A deposit is required to secure your event rental date.
  • We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel your rental at least 3 days (72 hours) before your event date.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) before your event date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis. This may include rescheduling your event to a different date, subject to availability.

Weather Conditions:

  • In the event of rain or other unfavorable weather conditions, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative solution. This may include moving the event indoors (if feasible) or rescheduling to a different date.
  • If no suitable alternative can be found and you choose to cancel your event due to weather, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

Event Cancellation by Client:

  • If you cancel your event for any reason other than emergencies or weather conditions, our standard cancellation policy will apply (refer to the “Cancellations” section above).
